What have I learned about leads?
I still need some work on creating leads and basically getting the whole idea about them. So far I have learned that leads are the most important part when writing a story. The lead must capture the readers attention immediately to get them to want to read the story.
For a perfect lead it must be specific, clear and brief so it doesn't lose the readers attention. The lead should be clear enough that the reader will understand from the beginning what the story is going to be about.
